Unhappy advice pls.

hi
I need any advice on how to
help keep my levels proper
despite a serious immobilizing
back injury?
the exercise is out now
better food choices are out now
it seems hopeless
is there anything I can do?

Why are better food choices out now? Are you hospitalized?

Is it tat you can't cook now?
How about cheese, salami, salad, nuts, Greek yogurt, etc..
no cooking required

You need an advocate. Do you have a friend who could supply you with the foods you need?

Hello MondayCat. Please don't give up. I would highly recommend that you see a counselor because you need to be able to ask for what you need. Cheese sticks and sausage sticks don't need prep, they just need to be bought. There also might be grocery delivery services in your area, you could call them yourself. You are worth it!

Definitely don't give up. It can be so hard, but see what you can do to get what you need
