i had shock like feeling in my feet. anyone else have this.

Could be a sign of neuropathy. Watch for burning and tingling and a numb feeling. If it gets bad, see your doctor, there are medications to help.

i had it happen one time it was at night. i would start to fall a sleep i would get a shock. it was like someone zapping you.

I have this happen about 4 times a week. It wakes me up. It is not a good feeling.

I had those symptoms with neuropathy a few years ago. After my blood sugar levels were more stable, with very few highs and lows, the symptoms disappeared.
