hi every body my reading this mornnig was 5.9 .

i was told to aim for 6 in the morning , and 7 before bed(i don't understand the other scale, you use in the us).
A week ago i woke up with a dodgy belly and was 20

For number you can take yours and multiply it by 18. So 6 translates to (6*18) 108 and 7 translates to (7*18) 126. To go from our number to yours, you simply divide by 18. My FBS this morning was 87 which translates to 4.8.
