Default Lilly N Cap Color Change?

I have been using Lilly R & NPH for years. In that time the metal ring around the top of the bottle and the protective cap/seal have always been orange. Picked up a bottle of NPH yesterday that looks exactly the same marking wise and all other Lilly NPH except the metal ring around top of bottle is silver and the protective cap/seal is green?

Is this a Lilly change to NPH packaging or did I get counterfeit? Called Walgreen's I bought it from but they said they are no aware of any packaging change.
