Default Rhythmic blood sugar rises

hello again
people have natural times when there blood sugar rises or falls.
mine used to be in the morning, i would use a different ratio in the mornings then i would for the rest of the day. this is fine and simple but what has been happening is that natural rise has been shifting around over the past three months. now my rise happens at 3am instead of 8am.
does anyone know how this happens.
my routeen has not changed, no new job, lover, nothin.
any opions?Thanks
