Default Gas x pills

Anyone ever get a minty taste when burping after taking gas pills?

Hmm ... can't say that I have but I also haven't needed to take Gas X or anything similar since eating LCHF. Are your carbs possibly too high? You may find that a lower carb amount eliminates the need for any gas pills.

Agree with Mary- things are so much better in terms of digestion with LCHF.

I've taken them, but never burped mint. I usually don't have to take them anymore because I've reduced carbs, but one time I was trying turmeric as a supplement and it gave me horrible gas at night.

Yes I'm doing low carb. Started getting some chest pain a week ago. Dr thinks it's indigestion and asked me to take Prilosec and some gas pills for a while to see if it helps.
