Heading to my first new family doctor appointment to discuss my sugar problems if there is any. Hopefully they will look at it more serious than my precious dr.

Drs appointment was awesome. The first dr I've ever spoke to that has said your condition is fixable if it isn't fixed already based on my numbers. I will get bloodwork back this week to see what the numbers say.

The dr was totally onboard with eating low carb to control blood sugar if you needed to. She said their goal was to prevent and reverse chronic disease if it's possible.

She admitted not everyone will be able to loose weight and eat right and keep normal numbers but that dr's shouldn't wait till someone needs medicines to treat a symptom when we can try to fix the problem.

She was a young doctor not too older than me around 35 yrs. so I'm thinking she's probably up on the new process than my older dr that may have been phoning it in.

Oh my gosh! This is great.

Her attitude toward testing SHOULD be the same for ALL doctors.
