They don't mention high fat though... and so most of those people will probably get tired of the hunger and drop back to eating carbs. Sad.

When I was doing Protein Power (which is Low Carb, moderate to high Protein), I never went hungry... Then again, PP does have some fat restrictions that I didn't pay attention to (e.g., recipes that called for one whole egg + 2 egg whites, I would just use 3 eggs).
