I have been reading a lot about LCHF and I am considering getting on board with it. I feel like my weightloss has plateaued and this may be a way for me to change up my meal plan. I exercise daily sometimes twice a day for an hour. I was progressively losing 2lbs per week. But for the past 3 weeks I have not loose any weight. So I am a bit concern as I am trying to loose 30 more pounds by the end of the year. I must come down to 200 that is the goal I have set for myself. I welcome suggestions and advise.

Also, I encourage you to do some research on weight loss plateaus after losing a significant amount of weight. It really is like the body says, "Whoa! I have made a huge number of changes. Give me a breather to catch up." During my plateaus, I imagined new blood vessels growing to supply newly strong muscles, and old blood vessels - formerly attached to fat that was no longer there - withering away.

Are you measuring? I know lots of people who lose inches but not pounds during plateaus. one six week period I lost 19 inches and went down two dress sizes while the scale sat there humming to itself...then weight loss resumed as if it had never stopped.

Are you diabetic? If so, LCHF, can almost certainly improve your health and position your body to handle glucose much more effectively. If you are not diabetic, it can do the same thing.
