Default Traveling sucks

I hate taking a 9 hour hour coaster ride. These swings from 40 to over 300 are for the birds.

i knew to the whole T2 thing so your post about travel interests me. later this fall i will be traveling to Peru a 25 hour plane ride and i will be there for 3 weeks. m thoughts have mostly been around trying to make sure i can find some of the right foods to eat. but, from your post there appears to be other issues around traveling and being diabetic.
so, can you help me understand the effects of traveling.
and maybe what we can do to help eleiviate them.
thanks for your help.

I'm not keen on travelling myself at the moment due to my health... diabetes I think I'd manage, but I'm worried my stomach could explode on a plane with my current symptoms. lol. I used to travel a lot for work, and I recently put application in for another temporary job in the organisation that could involve a lot of travel... that I wondered why on earth I did that for.
