My latest A1c was 5.2 and fasting was 89. They were welcome results.

I did change two things since the last A1c test: dropped 10 pounds and increased carbs 25g a day. I'm now eating 75g/day. Exercise of 1 hr/6d week, walking and lifting light weights, remained the same.

Still hoping to join the 4% club, but if it never happens these results are aOK!

Consistency with diet and exercise has been the key and reading this board early on for invaluable information! Thanks, Members.

Well done! An HbA1c in the low 5% range works for me too! Stick with it
