My dinner for the past 2 nights has been fatty pork steak and fresh green beans fried in butter, if that answers you question.

Pictures are worth a thousand words

how about them two signature series cast iron skillets, my kids are good to me, I would wrestle a bear if someone tried to take them away from me. They go with me when we go away for vacation.

I knew you would recognize them, they are great. I bought one for my brother for Christmas one year, he was like whats this, come the next year he was not going to part with it at all. There made for those disgusting horrible never want another one glass cook tops, the person who invented them obviously never cooked a meal in his life.

Careful Les - string or runner beans, fine but generally 'beans' are high carb!

Eat them and yes, you will get fat - ask my BH she was following a Weight Watchers diet plan - to the letter and was trying to be a good vegetarian as well, so beans formed a lot of her diet. Lose weight? Not a chance - she put it on! We've learned since!
