Question Helping with managing energy level

I was so used to be tired all the time (school, work, kids, home etc...) Lately, I have been expericing what I can only describe as hyperness.. So much energy, I dont know what to do with myself..

Take yesterday for instance.. feeling hyper, I baked 4 doz apple pumpkin muffins, made a big dinner, another dessert, and worked on homework.

Today, I don't feel bad, I just have no energy..

I'm almost positive that having more energy overall is due to my blood sugars being more level than high. And while my blood sugars are more level, my energy level isnt and its starting to drive me nuts.

I wish I could figure this out
