I use a WONDERFUL app that my doctor LOVES that keeps track of my food and blood sugar numbers etc. It is called "mynetdiaryD" it is the diabetic version of "mynetdiary". I just give my doctor or nurse my login info when I'm at the office and they log in and can look at everything. It makes charts etc. He loves it!

Thank you all so much for your help. I am learning so much from this forum that I never would have learned anywhere else. It's just amazing to me that doctor's seem to only care about treating the diabetes with medications and not helping people learn how to control it in other ways. All my endo. asks me at each appointment is if I have been exercising and if I have been watching my carbs, which she told me should be kept under 50 per meal.

Because I am having vision problems, I took my log book to my ophthamologist last week. He did look at it because it helped him understand why my eyes are acting up.

I track my particulars using and Android App called OnTrack. Tracks basically all of your numbers but does not have a great food diary.

My GP seems overwhelmed by the print out, to I usually take in a graph..
