Good work!!! Very impressive.

Your latest LDL/HDL doesn't look right.

Maybe more important, your trig/HDL is improved, 1.85 - 1.26, although anywhere below 2.0 is considered good.

the math. first one is right LDL/HDL, second one should be 2.24 not 3.5, if your posted LDL and HDL numbers aren't typos.

Ok, here is right off the paper so I can make sure its right

Lipid Panel
Cholesterol, Total 175
HDL Cholesterol 50
Cholesterol/HDL Ratio 3.5
LDL Chol, Calculated 112
Triglycerides 63
Non HDL Cholesterol 125

Hopefully those numbers make sense

im not sure if I am thinking of this right but...

if the Cholesterol Total is 175 and the HDL Cholesterol is 50 then if you divide you get 3.5

Im not sure if those are the right numbers but if they are, then that would make sense right?

The LDL/HDL ratio is not Total/HDL. I was working with LDL (109 - 112) and HDL (41 - 50) numbers you listed, but yes 175/50 is 3.5. Maybe the LDL/HDL title was the typo. Was your August Total Cholesterol by chance a 109, which would confuse me even more?

I was assuming that the August Cholesterol Ratio listed as 4.02 was total/hdl which would work out to be a 164-165 Total cholesterol value for August and the 3.5 value would fit in the December spot listed as not reported.

I didnt post a February post but nothing has changed since the January post. My weight has not changed and my BG is still perfect and I am still in ketosis

I decided to change from aerobic only exercises to weight and strength training (i dint start it in January like the previous post said). This started Saturday 02/11 and is for 12 weeks. Im sore all over but I am looking to drop a little more weight (less than 10 pounds) and get my body fat under 10% which will be hard.

I am also training to be prepared for a rugged maniac I am running in July

mbuster and Cricket like this.
