Default conversion table

Hi all fellow Ds!
I'm new to this forum and as I'm not an American I wonder where I can find some sort of conversion table for BS-levels and long-term levels. We don't use the same measurements in Sweden where I live.

Another site to look at is HbA1c.nu

That provides a conversion of the HbA1c values used in Sweden to the IFCC values as well as the US ones.

If you just think multiply or divide by 18, you can change your values to US values.
