We can't do medical diagnosis or provide medical advice here. I suggest you and your wife contact the specialist urgently; if she isn't available, you need to talk to the GP.

Akash, you'll have to tell us a lot more about your wife's diagnosis, like her numbers

Yes it is possible to go back from insulin to oral. There are many examples of people here who have done it. It's not always possible but it can be done....

The most important factors are

1. Diet
2. Exercise
3. Medicine

Diet is twice as important.

Tell us more about her diet....

What are her BG numbers ?
what is her BG when she is sweating?

sweating can be from low BG, if she is on insulin she needs to test her BG often

dear akash, first of all buy bg meter to check her levels especially before taking insulin and then check every one hour the change .if it comes down at once then reduce the dose .if again even by reducing it ,then consult your doc for alternative oral drugs

When you add insulin to your Diabetes Management it is important to test your blood glucose a lot to determine the exact amount. Too little insulin will make your bgs go up, too much will cause your bgs to go very low. Often when you go low you may feel dizzy and shaking. The only way to know is to test. Usually any bg below 70 should be treated with glucose tabs. Also there is different ways to dose insulin and different types of insulin. Does your wife count carbs and match insulin to carbs or is she on fixed dose?
