A 102 this afternoon after first night of graveyards. I've been doing my best to avoid this coughing, crud, and flu, but I think my Lisinopril cough is becoming a little more. Hope my immune system has a little more kick left.

Just awaking after a good day's slept, still totally upside down, but being retired it doesn't really matter. Time for breakfast.

Finally, truly get milligram per deciliter. Previously they have just been numbers in certain ranges that represented good and bad, now they have significance as what is actually present in my blood stream. Learn something new everyday if you so desire.

I envy your good day sleep. I typically sleep about 3-4 hours solid and then its catnap an hour or 90 minutes at a time until I get up, typically only getting one shot at going back to sleep when working nights. Its funny that I sleep better after my last night of graveyard shift, come on retirement.

It's worth trying a few home remedies when it comes to sleeping in today some of the ideas made work really well some of them probably won't work at all and it'll be different for each person I found I could sleep for about four to five hours that I needed to get up groggy or not I found taking a shower wood wake me up yet reset my body and make it easier for me to get back to sleep in about an hour

82.00 mg/dL.

Slept good all day from 10am and awakened by a door to door sales nuisance. Meds and tested.

Some good ideas being generated on how to get more sleep. Me I just stay up till i can't any more and then I fall out. Between very light motorcycle ministerial tasks, my hobbies of photography, music, archery and online social media and my focus on righting my health ship of state I can have an exhausting time of it.

If I have appointments or activities that take me out of the house I get my biological clock right side up, but by the next day I have stayed up all night and am right back to upside down. Not complaining, just adjusting.
