I measured in at 65 this morning - a little low but for me not dangerously low. Had a fantastic sleep too ....

My numbers probably have been the best over the past two months that they have in a long ( Very long ) time.

Being extra diligent does make a difference.

123 this morning. Pretty good for me; I'm usually over 200 when I wake up, regardless of how long I fast or whether or not I go to bed hungry.
