Looks like your fasting numbers have been coming down. Congrats on that Squawkx.

124 mg/dl this morning from 8.30 hrs. FBS after having taro, 4 slices of bread, meat and fish last night.

@mbuster I haven't tested. That was a whole wheat bread but from experience, I spiked up with those. Just that I am just back controlling my Blood Sugar after falling off the wagon for a long period of time.

I'm slowly getting back to dieting and have not started with exercise yet. After having controlled my preference on food intake, then I'll start zeroing again on what to eat each time that would not give me a spike. Hopefully, and with prayer.

Thanks @etherea it was really indeed a long period that I forget that I am diabetic. After having an A1C test last year and other tests, I passed and the Dr. sent no alarm. I forgot further on being diabetic. Until recently I felt tired and brought a new glucometer and here I am... conscious of what I should have been doing... It's still going for a week now...
