105 this morning ! I'm happy with that. Last week I made a log, testing after every meal, 1 & 2 hrs, so I can show my Dr, as it's my 1st visit since my high BGS dx. Normally, I only do a morning fasting test, and then test only if I'm going to eat something different than normal (usually I eat the same ole, same ole every day, so no testing needed, even though I still write down everything I eat and how many carbs it has). But, if I eat popcorn or something else, I test before to see if it's okay, and after to see how bad (or not, hopefully) it got, so I'll know if it's all right next time, etc...
When I made my 1 week log, my morning fasting numbers never got as low as they have been the last few mornings, now that I've stopped the log... of course!.....at least the morning I went for my labs, at home I tested at 98, so hopefully I got to the lab fast enough for it to be close to that.....even though my meter isn't the same.
So, we'll see next week! At least I'm not worried this time . I've been good .

103, acceptable for me. Another barometer I use is the scale and I dipped into the high 150's this morning.

129, so good this a.m.

Sholleman, glad to hear about your great numbers. Popcorn is one of my bugaboos. One time, very little effect on blood sugar, the next, a wowza effect. I do put real butter on it. For this week's Friday Night Popcorn, I'm going to try including an additional fat and see if that doesn't help.

A 109 (6.1) this morning.

Had a LO on my blood ketone meter yesterday with a 100 FBG. Had 0.1 this morning on the ketones.

96 (amazed), I feel I ate way too much yesterday but did keep it LC choices. I have eaten much better previously and had FBG up to 120.

155 this morning. We had visitors. We ate out twice during the weekend. Did pretty well with low carb choices but I had a few low carb beers.
We'll see what the bg is after the gym. Anyway, back on the low carb wagon today.
