It was 160 or so, and I am doing better in all areas, since I halted the use of statins, and the drinking of soda pop.

@etherea, I needed to go to town anyway, so not a total loss.

Getting back on schedule and into the normal routine is good, but I'm looking forward to seeing if retirement is better. I bet it is, especially after it becomes the routine.
