Woke up in the middle of the night with heartburn so I took a couple antacid tablets. Did a "fasting" glucose reading this morning, and it was 146, I checked the antacid tablets, two kinds of sugar in them.

We got back from Michigan last night. I made some bad choices and some good choices while I was gone. Back to work tomorrow and back to strict keto today!

I gotta ask, what do you mean by passive adjustment? Do you mean lowering it by some means besides using insulin?
Insulin is what I would consider active adjustment; and passive has been a poor tool for me, since I wait for it to go lower, and nothing happens.

Active measures has its own set of landmines, and I have stepped on a few of them; by that I mean extreme crashes, and it is a real tightrope.
