A 94 this morning, still eating OMAD, just bad choice last night, convenience store fried fish and half a can of mixed nuts, chased down with 2 Michelob Ultra Ambers, 3.2 grams carbs each. Will get back on track tonight.

I nearly crashed myself this morning with NovoLog, so my BS was hypo.
Jesus God! There ain't a good answer to this bag of snakes! But there are plenty of bad answers to it.
[I think that I have unloaded half of my bag of snakes by now.]
