7.4 this morning but I can live with that. Its better than the 8-10s I had been having. I've been immobilised for a while with tendonitis and because of that, foot oedema... cant walk very well (call it hobbling), cant get shoes on, so can't do my normal activities which is a real pest. GEtting better though, slowly, so I'd expect that number to continue to improve. Dietwise, because I havent been able to get to the shops, I've been savagely restricted in my food intake and I am *finally* not missing bread. YAY!
