Working day shift thru the weekend. FBG this morning was 83.

6.2 this morning. Happy with that. I've gone back to having YouFoodz (http://www.youfoodz.com for the curious) which has a lot of low carb meals. I must have reduced my intake because I find now, its enough. Last time I had it I was always hungry after eating one meal, and was looking for more.
