A 97 yesterday afternoon when I got up. Had pistachio's with the shine yesterday morning. Another good day's sleep.

In fact, even mild dehydration can bump up your BG reading, so, yes, if you're thirsty, drink water.

FBG yesterday afternoon was 95. Lucky me got to work an extra night of graveyard shift last night. I may not test when I get up this afternoon.

126 - 2 hours after breakfast. For me that's within my target range as a Type1 (a couple of hours after eating) - I find the Basil Insulin change I recently did has really brought down my 2 hours after eating test results.
