121 this morning. I've been back on the wagon for the last few weeks and fasting sugar has been all over the place, from a high of 150 to a low of 120 in the am. I'm slowly getting back to a good diet/lifestyle.

An 81 (4.5) this morning.

It will probably be back up tomorrow, I'll sleep in and not be getting up at 3:30 AM to go to work.

112 this morning. I was surprised because I ate more than the recommended serving size of peanuts yesterday evening.

A 101 (5.6) this morning.

I did sleep in later, but I bet the half a can of mixed nuts last night had the bigger impact.

A 113 (6.3) this morning after knocking off the remaining half a can of mixed nuts last night.

Note to self, quit doing that.

125!!! highest in a long time.

Mexican dinner anniversary of 41 years with my wife. I didn't eat rice or beans, but had some chips, a corn tortilla wrapped enchilada and one flour tortilla with fajitas. My weight was up 2.3 lbs this AM too. Watery eyes and runny nose last night too, not from the hotness, from the corn and wheat. Reminder, this stuff is toxic to me.

I bring pork rinds to Mexican restaurants so I have something to dip into the salsa. Celery sticks work as well. Both are crunchy.
