I broke a toe over the weekend and it really hurts. It met an immovable object.
I guess it's time to quit going barefoot in the house.

A stubbed toe is bad enough can not imagine how bad a break hurts!
Get better soon!

OUCH! My endo would have your guts for garters. NO BAREFOOT she told me. Been wearing protective footwear ever since. Not steel caps but if I stub my toe, I don't get damaged.

BG yesterday was 7 (high carb meal the night before) and today is 5.1

Had a bit of an overnight whoops. 3.8 before bed. 2.5 during the night. Brought it up with a spoon of honey to 4.1. I promise I am not doing *anything* to bring my BGL down to that level. Going to go back to my endo for a consult.
