111 this morning
114 yesterday
92 last night
Best numbers I've had in ages!
I've figured out that I was eating too many processed foods and too many meals out in restaurants.
Edited to add that I've also started walking again. I gave it up a while back after 2 vertigo attacks and a broken toe.

OUCH .. sympathies for the broken toe, that is so painful! I hear ya about the processed foods and restaurants... Same issue here. If I am out and about... I end up with really crap numbers, even if I do try to cover the carb content with a bolus dose of insulin.

I had a 7.2 this morning but it wasnt fasting, it was after my first cup of coffee . At least I'm staying in the recommended range. Might have to change that, though.

A 134 this morning, veered way off course last night, Had the kids over for burgers and dogs tostido chips and rotel cheese dip. I had a cheese burger patty, a dog, and a better cheddar, all bun-less, but I did eat chips and dip. They had german chocolate cake for desert, I had low carb peanut butter fudge. I dind't read the carbs in the chips, but I'm sure I exceeded my daily norm. Then topped it off finishing off about a quarter of a can of mixed nuts and a shot of Jaegermeister before bedtime.

It was a nice Fathers Day with the kids and grandkids. Now to see how long it takes to get back to normal.
