4.8 this morning, but it was after a middle of the night spike + bolus. So I can't claim anything useful. It was nice to see that number, though, havent been there for a while.

126 this morning
I'm not surprised, because I went to a church fish fry last night. I did make good choices and didn't overeat. I skipped the beans, fries and dessert, but I heard they were good

112 thought it would be lower considering I only had some shrimp; roasted brussell sprouts drowned in butter and water as a belly washer for dinner.

I've always said if carbs were to do me in, it would be from the corn meal on fried catfish. I don't think I eat it often enough for that to happen, but when I do, I see the same results as you, a little elevated FBG. I also skip the other carby stuff unless they have real butter, then I eat a hush puppy.

A 92 this morning.

5.8 this morning, and I am going to increase Lantus again. It was worth the try but I think my pancreas may well have exhausted itself (or be on the way). I've been running High (ish) since I reduced it... mostly in the 7-9 range but its too high for my liking. Meh.

Up early today, had a 103 FBG. Had a chunk of watermelon last night. Have a friend coming up to ride bikes with me this morning so maybe I can burn off the glycogen I stored. He's training for triathlons and was wanting to get in some hillier riding.
