Sorry for the double posts to fjk. I didn't think the first one went through.

Mods, feel free to delete the first post.

Hope all goes well tomorrow, you get a good start on recovery, and back to 100% soon. Sending out healing prayers.

Thanks and appreciate your prayers
Surgery was moved up from 9:45am to 6:45am. They estimate I should be done by 8:15am in recovery and then discharged by 9:30am.

Hope the post surgical pain is not much worse than what I have now. I will check in with you all at the latest the following morning.

132 at 4:30 am. Checked into surgical center and was tested at the same time they gave me a femoral block that should last 24 hours to take some of the post op pain away.

I tested at 122 so I was happy; had a good conversation with the anesthesiologist and was wheeled in to the OR. Everything according to plan; was discharged at 9:30am; home and in my bed by 10.

Surgeon told me that my rupture was 100%; but an easy fix for him; so I was glad. I was told I would have a burning feeling in thigh until all the anesthetic that was injected is dissipated. Now its just Hydrocodone with Tylenol every four hour for next couple of days.

Will check in with you all tomorrow.

Many thanks for the kind words, good vibes, prayers and positive thoughts.

Best,
fjk
