But my knee can flex to 50 degrees with the help of the therapist. I was told I am doing better than expected and given some exercises to do at home which of course I will follow. I was thrilled to hear such news Currently, I am scheduled for two sessions a week.
. That's great news.

At times my dry mouth is so bad it's hard to swallow, even painful. Endless drinks of water does nothing. After a day or so, it goes away.

I've never figured this out, nor can my doc.A mystery

Hi, mine as 154 this morning fasting. It really makes no sense continuing the fasting testing as it’s always in the 150 and once in awhile 160’s. I think using the glucose meter can get addicting. I don’t want to be hooked on checking my fasting numbers each day. I’m tempted to give it away sometimes. I just got new strips too. I was hoping the Dr said you don’t need them but he okayed the prescription and they were free. Next bloodwork Aug 22 then a few days for results from Labcorp.

129 this morning. I am verrrrry slowly losing weight, and hope that by the time I have lost another 10 pounds that I will have better control of my blood levels. My numbers are not horrible unless you consider that my only carbs are from a huge salad that I eat with my one meal a day, and that apart from the salad I eat a piece of meat, salmon, or eggs. I have dreams about eating oatmeal, and mashed otatoes and I never even like oatmeal before.
