112 - my body is making me fight for a <100 fasting (or reading of any kind!) but I'm here to say I will prevail!

A 107 this morning. Going to be gone a few days, hope the hotel has a good fitness center. When not riding my bike, I've been a perfect couch potato this past week.

105 - I'm stoked:

1. 2nd digit is a zero, and
2. I'm lower than mbuster this morning!

140 this morning - the lowest morning fasting level I've had all week. Some weeks are like that while other weeks it's like I can do no wrong. It's always been that way with me. Wish I could definitely say what the cause - stress, absorption rates, stress, etc - Lots of different variables.

120 on the nose the last 2 mornings.

Maybe I'm too impatient. Need to give my body time to settle lower. It's not diet that has me >100, that's certain.

Bumped my basal up a bit. Will see what that does in the next days.
