First day at 100 FBG in a while, been running a little higher. Have been eating too much protein and not getting enough physical activity. I blame Daylight Savings Time.

Blood ketones have been running a little low (0.3-0.6) but happy with 1.5 this morning.

Thanks for the good wishes - I'm 138 this AM with a horrible stuffy nose and sinus headache.

86 this morning. First time in the 80's since getting back on track. Thank you insulin and Dexcom.

But .. I lost my Dexcom receiver yesterday and feel lost without it. Won't have a $replacement$ until Monday so will have to manage the old-fashioned way. The difference a CGM has made for me is incredible.

A 114 this morning, higher than when I went to bed. Way too many chicken winglets for supper.

140 this morning - ate too much last night, but thoroughly enjoyed and unashamedly own up to it.
