The highest I've seen it since beginning testing about a month ago: 168 !! Horrors. I know what this is a result of. My average for the first month is way down from my last A1c, so I've just slapped myself on the head and determined not to repeat yesterday's stupid moves.

my morning fasting numbers have fluctuated depending on what i ate the night before, usually around 99-105, which sucks, but if i eat greek yogurt string cheese and have a natural no flavor protein shake w added fiber all in water before bed i seem to wake up more refreshed and feel better, then during the day have another yogurt around 3 pm ish and feel pretty good athe rest of the day, (yes i eat between morning and 3ish just saying what makes me feel better)

111 this a.m.; down from that horrible 168 of two days ago. I've determined that my weak spot is fruit, especially blueberries, and too much homemade Greek-style yogurt. I will continue to have both but with more restraint and not on the same day/time.

111, it can't be anything I ate yesterday. First meal at 4:00 PM, small thin pork chop and small spinach salad. Dinner at 8:00 BBQ blackened catfish, broccoli, cauliflower, butter, jalapeno. Sharp cheddar and 4 oz of Merlot late snack.

I ate a handful of blackberries once and my BG spiked to 158! I decided that blackberries weren't worth it. I love fruit, but it spikes my BG even the ones listed in the so-called "low glycemic index" list.
