Yep; this is apparently going to be my Achille's heel. I'm strugging a little with not having fruit, especially blueberries. Even half a cup with a little milk spikes mine for now. I hope that as my bod heals more that I will be able to gradually add them back w/o messing up the blood sugars. I thought that removing all grains would be hard; it's not. I just stopped them and that was that. Blueberries...arggghhh.

95 today, been out of strips for nearly a week. my new 30 day average is 99. This includes a 111 from a few days ago. My eating and health is generally always good and I don't know where all these errant highs come from.

Mine was 99, and i recently started taking berbine every morning upon waking in my morninh protein/fiber/caffeine drink and felt awesome yesterday, i sipped on my protein drink thruought the day and felt like i steady out my glucose because i felt great and fidnt have any dizzy issues like i usually do thru out the day

Today, 108, im stummped, if i eat cereal at night before bed it seems like my morning bg is lower than if i dont eat before bed

If it were me, I'd want to test 1hr and 2hr out from the cereal to make sure BG isn't spiking high while I was asleep.

Yes thats what if been afraid of ill try that tonight,

If it is then whats that mean or how to combat that?
