A 115 this morning, spent yesterday trying to straighten out my medicare payments. Both said to call the other, but I think it is all finally straight.

Medicare billed me for 6 months part B premium, April - September, which I had paid. Then Social Security sent a letter that said they were holding out 3 months of Part B premium for past due payments. What the what? I don't even get my first check until August.

No wonder my BP was up some this morning too.

I sympathise with you guys, I’m so glad to live in Australia where at least I get basic medical treatment for free (though paid for it via the taxation system whilst working).

The “like” was for the 115, certainly not for the medicare issues

I seem to be managing to keep my BG in range at the moment, though my penchant for a potato with my dinner gives it a bit of a nudge in the evening. It isnt going very high though, I find, if I am able to keep it down all day. And its dropping back to “normal” faster than it used to.

5.7 this morning.
