120 this morning, been higher for the last week. Dr cut back one of my meds after I had 5.3 A1c in July, and my ave fasting bg has gone up 15 points since.

A 111 FBG this morning.

Been camping at a nearby lake since last Thursday with BH's sister and husband, came home yesterday. Had a good time but the fish must have been wearing masks, we caught some, but not many. My brother-in-law and I would go fishing every morning. Every other day, the ladies would fix biscuits, gravy, sausage, and bacon when we came in. I had 4 or 5 biscuits during the trip, that's 4 or 5 more than I've had in the past 4 or 5 years. They sure were good tasting, but my BG numbers reflected it, still have lingering effects.

Sounds like fun!
Mine was 123 this morning and I didn't even get to enjoy biscuits this week

102, I had to check as I had 3 halves of corn on the cob and some potato salad at dinner, my only meal. The rest was a fatty steak and a dinner salad.

99 was my FBG the last time I tested over a week ago. I've been generally eating OMAD and pretty much keto except occasionally potato salad (resistance starch) and corn on the cob which is hard to resist this time of year. I have tested after eating it, and it doesn't seem to raise my bg noticeably.

I've not posted here in a while and olny test a few times a month. I think I have my BG pretty much under control and as said previously, my eating habits.

Sounds like a good trip, mbuster!

Hi bignick, welcome back. I noticed that about corn on the cobb too. I put some ears (half husks) in the smoker for my grandkids and had to try one.

A 120 this morning, cooked the fish yesterday we brought back from the lake and ate way too much for supper. Since that's all I had yesterday, looks like my body took the excess protein and made sugar out of it.
