Not good. 15.1 mmoll/l

I've been eating carbs all summer and in denial of what it's been doing to me.

I feel like today is the day to start over so I thought of this forum right away. I can think of no better place to be. There are several people here that I feel close enough to that someday I want to meet you.

Glad you're back, NSDad. Today is an excellent day to get back to the good stuff. The only day near as good is tomorrow.

Let us know how we can support you and help keep you on track.

Hola NSDad. I'm in between PCPs again. My doc left the network to join his family business. I made an appt with his replacement. I have not had any blood work done since Dec 2019. I hope I've maintained or lowered my A1C. I have stuck to eating LCHF, but I do cheat on weekends. I may have a corn tortilla on Sat and another one on Sun. I don't know if that's enough to raise my A1C. I'm scared to find out. My appt is 5 Oct, but it's more of a meet and greet. I know my new PCP (if I keep her) will send me for lab work.

Thank you everyone for a warm welcome.

13.7 today

3 day trend is shown in pictures.

I'm fasting until it is below 10 but so long as I feel good I want to fast until it approaches 7 or less.

A 7 is a good target. Are you keeping some moderate activity during the fast?

A 99 this morning.

I will be keep a regular activity routine. Today I'll be digging in the yard for about an hour.

Last night I hit 10.7 so that is close enough to 'under 10' that I had about 1000 calories of LCHF friendly food.

A 122 this morning. 4 hours driving time to watch a 2 hour Jr. High Football game last night. Bad eating choices afterward.
