I usually don't post here, but I have been fighting the 'morning' spikes....Last night I ate a few sunflower seeds to see if that would help! The have 7g carbs per cup and I ate about 1/2 cup. My fasting BS this morning was 100 (5.5) indicates eating these might have worked.

More tests to come....

Blasted gremlins got all up in my blood sugars this AM - 141. Can I tell them where to go and what to do when they get there?

96, expected worse. I started to eat a late snack of chunky peanut butter and couldn't stop until I'd eaten way too much. It goes good with Merlot.
