Wake up abruptly to clock radio, P, step on scales, wash hands, test, make coffee. Lots of yawning in between. That's how I do it.

129 this morning, don't remember washing hands, do remember not retesting.

I'd say it's within 5 to 10 minutes for my eyes being open. Have to go potty first and get paper.

159 this AM, but I had a late supper - like 9:30pm late. Grandkids were late getting in and they were hungry.

112, slept in 1 1/2 hours. This is quite high for me. I'll be active today and get it down.

176 - don't know what's worse, the gremlins or the grand kids and their junk foods. That's OK, I know they leave this afternoon and I can start to get back to normal tomorrow - I hope.

170 this AM - need to look at my log, I think I may be reacting to the increase in my BP medication more than I thought. My last visit my BP wasn't good and she doubled my dose, but I wasn't able to pick it up until the 1st, and started it Sunday. Monday and yesterday I was 170's. Think I will monitor for the rest of the week then call PCP Monday (she's out of town the rest of the week) and see if she wants me to increase my 70/30 mx, or will prescribe me a fast-acting to go along with it.
