I was at 108 this morning. (This is actually a good fasting number for me.)

A 99 this morning. I need to go back camping, I stayed in the 80's. Or maybe I just need to ride my bike.

136 this AM! Think the BS gremlins are getting tired of my new BP medicine and starting to leave me alone some.

TooSweet - happy for you that you've "broken the barrier" (so to speak). Hope the downward trend continues.

120 this morning. I'm on vacation, but I've been eating right so far. Last week was spent at the hospital with my diabetic mom who has dementia. Her BS was 450 when she got there. She's a difficult person as she gets older and sinks into dementia more and more. She didn't take care of herself, so she's not a good role model. However, her example inspires me to do better. All that to say that this 120 is the lowest I've been since she went in the hospital!

Thanks, VeeJay, but that was just a 1-day bounce.

I was at 160 this AM.
