This morning's reading was 94; its a first in almost 5 years that FBG came in under 100... will see what happens tomorrow.

480 this morning and feeling very dizzy. Medicated immediately and watching/testing throughout the day. Don't fancy a hospital visit this evening. Hagd all!

Beer helps my numbers. Sad, but I don’t like beer much. But hard cider. That helps my numbers too.

97 this morning. Nice when it comes in under 100.

Ok 104 this morning; not as good as yesterday's 94 but still way better than the 120s I had a week ago

82, Crazy! I ate one meal yesterday, I won't go into the details but it was Mexican and pretty carb heavy. I was still full so no dinner. I do do a 3 mile walk with my wife instead.
