A 99 this morning. Caught up on a little sleep. Start days tomorrow for 3 days and am going to have to try hard not to loose any of that sleep. I'm gonna have to make myself be ready to go to bed by 8 PM.

I can stay away from the fries, hush puppies, cole slaw, and other carby stuff, I just don't have portion control on the corn meal covered catfish.
Mmmmm ... Catfish!!!

plums will do that. I usually buy one small one and eat slices from it - can last 3-4 days.
