Yeah, beans can be a problem. I can't handle more than 2Tbsp. at a time. Not hardly worth it.

A 100 this morning.
@chargette, if you want to eat beans, research retrograding starch. There is a simple way to prepare some starchy foods so that a lot of the starch is resistant to digestion and does not have near the impact on BG. There is no secret ingredient, it involves timing. Searching "retrograding" here on the forum brings up several threads on this subject.
