I've been trying to "eat clean" lately--fewer processed foods and fewer sugar-free substitutes for my old favorites.

I'm at 72 - 2 hours after eating lunch. I gave myself a couple of extra units to compensate for all this Christmas food at the office. I had a peanut butter ball which probably won't have much of an impact and a piece of fudge which will have an impact :-) No more treats - the two were enough. At one time - when I was in my teens and twenties I would not have been able to just stop at two but instead be snacking on these treats all day - fortunately for me I eventually became more disciplined on how much of what is safe to eat in regard to BG levels - took me long enough but I finally learned. LOL
