Had to check my sugar twice before supper last night. Mom wanted a banana sandwich for supper, and I forgot to wash my hands before I checked my sugar. Imagine my shock at 230! Then I remembered I hadn't washed my hands and grabbed an alcohol wipe right quick. 130 this time! Much better.

@TooSweetForMe My husband doesn't understand why I get clean paper towels to dry my hands when I wash them before testing. There's no telling what's on the dish towel!

70 before supper last night. Called nurse line and hey told me to wait until after I eat to use my insulin i I get low like before a meal again.
