124 this morning. Cramping belly yesterday when I got up, couldn't drink more than two sips of my bullet proof coffee and that went straight through me. A couple of hours later had all the flu like symptoms of aches, pains, chills, fatigue, etc. Only things I had yesterday was a Sprite Zero, the liquid out a cup of chicken noodle soup, a Diet 7 Up, and chicken bone broth. It all went straight thru, which is better than it defying gravity and coming up. Feeling better so far today.

Right now, mid afternoon, I'm 95. Hadn't loaded data to the Dexcom software for a couple of weeks and got a nice surprise. According to them, my average glucose for the last 2 weeks is 110, and my Glucose Management Indicator which is meant to approximate one's A1c (it can't know an individual's red blood cell life, etc) puts me back in the 5% club at 5.9 I set my range at 70-140 and have been in it 98% of the time. Reduced the top end to 130 and was in range 93%.

I get my next A1c in 1.5 weeks and if I don't make it at least Dexcom thinks I did. There was a thread in a Dexcom group asking people to compare their A1c's with Dexcom's estimate and most had a bit lower A1c, a few spot on, and some higher. We shall see but I'm looking forward regardness.
