I know we often talk about our fasting blood glucose readings along with those after a meal, but let's do some random readings.

Check your blood sugar right now.

What is it?

95
I'm always lower when I get home from work. I eat lunch at 11 and don't have anything else to eat until I get home.

My morning numbers seem to be the hardest to get down, and my numbers after supper sometimes get a bit too low.

105 in a random reading just now.

Someone asked which app I use to record my glucose readings.

It's an app that comes automatically with the True Metrix Air. I have been using this meter for a few reasons. (1) The meter and the strips are inexpensive. (2) The meter uses Bluetooth to connected to the cell phone app so it records my readings automatically and gives me averages etc.
